| A $5000 reward is being offered by Rob Allen Australia for information leading to the arrest of the person's involved in the theft and arson of spearfishing equipment from a locked sea container on 27 July 2003. |

On late Saturday 26 July or early Sunday July 27 2003, thieves broke into a shipping container placed at the back of the Rob Allen Australia warehouse situated at the rear of Unit 2/36 Irvine Drive, Malaga, Western Australia.
Rob Allen Australia's entire business was packed in the container ready to be relocated to Victoria on Monday 28 July 2003. Stolen from the locked 40-foot sea container were a several hundred Rob Allen Railguns and approx 700 spears and potentially other items including spearfishing accessories. The stolen products are easy to identify as the majority of them are in clear Rob Allen packaging with blue logos and have the new 2003 stickers on the products. Once the goods were stolen the thieves set fire to the container destroying $140,000 worth of inventory and plant, irreplaceable business records, personal effects and a persons entire livelihood. |
